2. Cashback Calculation Period

The cashback calculation is based on net losses incurred from Slot games only during the following weekly period:

Start: Saturday at 00:01 (GMT +6)
End: Friday at 23:59 (GMT +6)

Net Loss Formula:

Total Slot Bets – Total Slot Wins = Net Slot Loss

⚠️ If the result is zero or positive (profit), no cashback will be issued.

3. Cashback Credit Time

Eligible cashback amounts are calculated after the weekly period ends.
Cashback will be credited every Sunday to the eligible member’s account.
Cashback will be credited as a bonus balance, not as withdrawable cash.
Cashback amounts are non-transferable and non-refundable.

4. Eligibility Criteria

Any violation will result in cashback forfeiture.

5. Cashback Bonus Usage Rules

Any bets deemed abusive, manipulative, or non-genuine

8. High-Risk & Bonus Abuse Policy

The following activities are classified as high-risk or bonus abuse:

Playing only during cashback periods and stopping immediately after credit
Intentionally losing to generate cashback
Extremely low-risk or mechanical spin behavior
Using multiple accounts to increase cashback value
Shared IPs, devices, payment methods, or identities
Attempting withdrawals immediately after turnover completion

Actions JoyHobe.com May Take

Cancel cashback and associated winnings
Reset wagering progress
Freeze or permanently close accounts
Withhold withdrawals during investigation

9. Withdrawal Conditions

Cashback bonus and winnings remain locked until the full 20x wagering is completed.
