Terms & Conditions**

1. Promotion Overview

The JoyHobe.com Referral Bonus is a performance-based and conditional reward designed to encourage genuine user referrals while strictly preventing abuse, manipulation, and fraudulent activities.

Referral bonuses are not instant, not guaranteed, and not based on turnover amounts.
They are calculated only on the referred user’s deposit amount, and released only after the referred user fully completes all required turnover conditions.

2. Referral Definitions

• User A (Referrer): The existing JoyHobe.com member who refers a new user.

• User B (Referred User): The newly registered member who joins using User A’s referral link or code.

3. Referral Qualification Process (Mandatory Steps)

A referral bonus will be generated only if User B successfully completes ALL steps below:

Step 1: Registration via Referral

• User B must register exclusively through User A’s official referral link or referral code.

• Manual or direct registrations without a referral source are not eligible.

Step 2: Full Account Verification

• User B must complete 100% account verification.

• Unverified, partially verified, or restricted accounts will be disqualified.

Step 3: Successful First Deposit

• User B must make at least one successful real-money deposit.

• Bonus funds, internal transfers, or test deposits are not considered valid.

Step 4: Genuine Trading / Betting Activity

• User B must place real trades or bets using deposited funds.

• Bonus-only gameplay does not qualify.

• All activity must involve real risk and genuine intent.

Step 5: Full Turnover Completion (Critical Requirement)

• User B must fully complete the required turnover attached to their deposit or active bonus.

• The turnover multiplier may vary (e.g. 4x, 10x, 15x, etc.), as defined by the platform or bonus rules.

• Partial, incomplete, abandoned, or invalid turnover will result in disqualification.

⚠️ Referral bonus is unlocked only AFTER 100% turnover completion.

4. Referral Bonus Calculation (Corrected Logic)

Important Clarification

• Referral bonus is NOT calculated on total turnover amount.

• Referral bonus is NOT calculated on winnings.

• Referral bonus is calculated ONLY on User B’s deposit amount.

Calculation Formula

Referral Bonus = 10% × User B’s Deposit Amount

Correct Example

• User B Deposit Amount: 10,000 BDT

• Required Turnover: 10x = 100,000 BDT

• User B completes the full 100,000 BDT turnover successfully

✅ Referral Bonus for User A:
10,000 × 10% = 1,000 BDT
(Subject to minimum and maximum caps)

❌ The 100,000 BDT turnover amount is NOT used in referral bonus calculation.

5. Bonus Amount Limits

• Minimum Referral Bonus: 500 BDT

• Maximum Referral Bonus: 2,000 BDT per referred user

• Any calculated amount below 500 BDT will not be credited

• Any amount exceeding 2,000 BDT will be capped automatically

6. Bonus Credit Conditions

1. Referral bonus is not instant.

2. Bonus will be credited only after system review and approval.

3. Bonus is credited as bonus balance, not withdrawable cash.

4. Bonus is non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-convertible.

5. JoyHobe.com reserves the right to delay or reject bonus crediting for security or compliance reasons.

7. Turnover Requirement on Referral Bonus

• Referral bonus itself is subject to a 1x turnover requirement (bonus amount only).

• Deposited funds are not included in referral bonus turnover.

• Until turnover is completed, bonus and winnings remain locked.

8. Valid & Invalid Turnover Rules

• Settled bets (win or loss)

• Real-risk gameplay

• Approved and eligible game categories

❌ Invalid Turnover

• Void, canceled, refunded, or tied bets

• Hedge, opposite outcome, or risk-free betting

• Artificial loss creation

• Automated or scripted betting

• Abnormal or non-human betting patterns

JoyHobe.com reserves full authority to determine turnover validity.

9. High-Risk & Referral Abuse Policy

Any of the following will result in immediate referral disqualification:

1. Self-referrals (direct or indirect)

2. Shared IP, device, identity, or payment method

3. Coordinated activity between User A and User B

4. Referral chains created only to generate bonuses

5. Fast turnover followed by immediate withdrawal attempts

6. Multiple accounts under common control

Company Actions

• Bonus and winnings forfeiture

• Turnover reset

• Account suspension or permanent ban

• Withdrawal cancellation

• Additional KYC or investigation

All decisions are final and binding.

10. Promotion Limitations

• One referral bonus per referred user

• No retroactive referrals

• Cannot be combined with other referral promotions

• JoyHobe.com may modify or cancel the program at any time

• System records override all manual claims

11. Company Rights

JoyHobe.com reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program

• Change bonus percentages, limits, or turnover rules

• Reject any referral deemed suspicious

• Make the final decision in all disputes without appeal

12. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the referral program, users acknowledge and agree that:

• Referral bonus is conditional and performance-based

• Deposit generates the bonus value, turnover unlocks it

• Full compliance is mandatory
