2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for this Sports Bonus, members must meet all of the following conditions:

4. Bonus Credit & Wallet Rules

The bonus will be credited instantly after the first deposit is successfully completed.
Bonus funds are classified as non-withdrawable bonus balance.
Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them will remain locked until the bonus turnover requirement is fulfilled.
Bets will be settled using the deposit balance first, followed by the bonus balance.

5. Turnover (Wagering) Requirement – Bonus Only

Members must complete a 15x wagering requirement on the bonus amount only, using Sports Betting exclusively.

Required Turnover: 1,000 × 15 = 15,000 BDT
Only bets placed on Sports will count toward this requirement. Bets placed in other categories will be invalid.

6. Valid & Invalid Sports Turnover

Settled bets resulting in win or loss

Void, cancelled, refunded, or cash-out bets
Bets placed on opposite outcomes of the same event
Hedge betting, arbitrage betting, or low-risk strategies
Bets with odds below 1.50
Bets placed outside the Sports category

JoyHobe.com retains full discretion in determining valid turnover.

7. High-Risk User Policy

The following behaviors are considered High-Risk:

Rapid or abnormally large bets placed within a short period
Betting solely to clear turnover with no genuine gameplay intent
Repetitive, automated, or robotic betting patterns
Multiple accounts betting on the same sporting events
Attempting withdrawals immediately after deposit or bonus credit
Attempting to use bonus funds outside Sports Betting

Actions Against High-Risk Users

JoyHobe.com reserves the right to:

Cancel the bonus and all related winnings
Freeze or permanently close the account
Request enhanced KYC verification and investigations
Delay or withhold withdrawals indefinitely during review

8. Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are allowed only after full 25x bonus turnover on Sports bets is completed.
Withdrawal requests submitted before completion will be rejected.
Any violation of Sports-only rules will result in bonus forfeiture.
Additional verification may be required before withdrawal approval.
